Instructions for downloading pdf files:

1. Check that you already have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If not, click Adobe Reader Download and follow the steps to download this application.
   
   
2. Choose a document to download. Some documents give you the option to print the entire document or smaller sections.
   Note: Depending on the speed of your connection, you may choose to download the entire Annual Report as a single file or in smaller sections. Download the full pdf Annual Report if you are using a high speed connection; download individual sections if you are using a modem.
   
3. When the downloading process is completed, start the Adobe Acrobat Reader application and open the file.
   Note: For optimal printing of these pdf files, select "shrink to fit" in the Adobe Acrobat Reader print dialog box.
